Why should I work with Cruise Planners -instead of directly with the cruise line or some other agency?

Simple - expertise, personal attention and value. We are  FULL TIME cruise specialists and have been for 15+ years. We are also TOP
PRODUCERS with the agency. You don't get stuck with someone in a cubicle hustling to make a sale - who then moves on leaving you in limbo. You also don't get a part timer who does this on the side. We focus all our efforts on you.

We tell you the complete cost UP FRONT. No surprises later to find out how much departure taxes are. We don't nickel and dime you to death or mis-lead you by hiding additional charges. Most internet agencies now charge their customers non-refundable "administrative, processing
and/or document delivery fees." You are not told about these fees until
you go to finalize your reservation. We DO NOT agree with this practice.

Our national size and American Express affiliation gives us access to competitive rates and exclusive value add promotions. Also, if there's a deal to be had (past passenger, resident, senior, upgrade promotion, etc.), we'll find it. We never forget that it's your money.

We also continue to monitor the price of your cruise. If we find an applicable promotion after you've deposited, we'll pass it through. The "internet's largest cruise seller" doesn't do this, nor do any of the cruise lines. Their policies say "once you've deposited, your rate will never change." That means just what it says -  it will never go down. We don't penalize you like they do.

The old adage is still true - you get what you pay for.
